We not only pay attention to professional qualifications, but also to interdisciplinary skills in particular.
We use the “Bochum Inventory for Job-Related Personality Description” (BIP), developed at the University of Bochum under the direction of Dr. Rüdiger Hossiep. This is a highly efficient test procedure that examines characteristics in the areas of career orientation, work behavior, social skills, and mental constitution. The test procedure has scientifically based quality criteria and is one of the few in the German-speaking world that was developed explicitly for the professional context.
We use this aptitude diagnostic test procedure as part of our consulting process to obtain an objective picture of the applicant's personality with regard to a specific position, thereby further reducing the risk of an expensive and time-consuming misplacement.
